How to bake cookies by Ana Helena

How many of you like cookies? I guess pretty much everyone. They taste delicious and smell even better than normal when you eat them still warm and soft with a glass of cold milk. That is why I decided to teach you how to bake some delicious fluffy cookies from the very beginning. This is going to take six steps and less than 30 minutes of your life.

To begin with, of course, you would need the ingredients, which are 180 grams of butter, ¾ cup of sugar, 2 ¼ cups of flour, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 tsp of baking soda, 2 eggs, and chocolate chips (optional). You will also need an oven tray to place the cookie dough. Now you can mix all the ingredients, best if you mix them in the order listed above, first the butter, then the sugar and so on. Stir until you get the desired moisture and texture.

Preheat the oven to 180°F and prepare your oven tray to place the cookie dough on it. After putting the dough in the oven, wait 15-20 min and use oven gloves to take the freshly-baked cookies out for them to cool a bit. A suggestion is that do not eat one until they have cooled down because you can burn your tongue. Finally, you are able to enjoy your homemade dessert!!!

An extra step you can skip is decorating the cookies. You can make yourself a special decorating cream or simply buy it on a store. Cookie decor also needs patience and carefulness.

Baking cookies doesn’t just make a good treat, but also a good gift for a friend or for a special person you know. Homemade cookies are also better than store bought cookies because you can know the health facts and nutrition. Lastly, they are better when you cook them yourself and give it as a gift, the person you give it to is going to appreciate it more and make it even more special.
